I am Rick van Dijk, founder of Roxevi. My career did not start behind a desk but on the production floor of a 24/7 F&B producer. Over eleven years I grew from operations into a senior application and automation specialist. For eight of those years I was the sole Nintex K2 expert in the organisation: I built more than twenty production applications, managed over two hundred active workflows and connected ERP, EAM, HRM, Active Directory and SQL Server into one coherent whole. I led two major migrations, including SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online, without a single second of production downtime.

When AI came within reach, I taught it to myself first and then brought it to the whole organisation. I set up an internal AI academy and trained more than a hundred colleagues on tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Mistral. I put AI governance in place with sponsorship from the board, and I only deployed AI where there was a clear use case, never because it was possible. No slideware, no hype. I like to work down to the root cause of a problem and hand my work over fully documented. Results speak louder for me than promises.

With Roxevi I now give AI advice that is grounded in what I have actually built. I move just as easily between operators on the floor and the boardroom, and I translate technology into the ROI, cost and risk language an owner can act on.
